Submitting the estimate form starts a conversation — it does not create a contract, and it does not obligate you to hire us or us to take on your project. Any scope, timeline, or price range we share before a signed agreement is a good-faith estimate, not a binding quote. Actual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

When you submit the form, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing hello@nightcoders.com. We do not add you to marketing lists.

You agree not to misuse this site — including submitting false inquiries, attempting to disrupt the service, or using automated tools to scrape or spam it.

The content on this site, including text, design, and imagery, belongs to Nightcoders or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Client names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are referenced with permission as past or current clients.

This website is provided “as is.” While we work to keep the information on it accurate and current, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of the site itself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nightcoders is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
