Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you submit our project estimate form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the project information you choose to share (project type, timeline, budget range, and description).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. If you arrive from an online ad, the link may include a click identifier (such as a Google Ads gclid) that we store with your request so we can measure which ads lead to real inquiries.

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your project inquiry and prepare a scope, timeline, and estimate;
• Contact you about your request by phone, text, or email, as disclosed on the form;
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This site uses a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Google Ads conversion tracking (Google LLC). If you reach this site from a Google ad, a cookie helps us know that the ad led to an inquiry. When you submit the form, a conversion event — which may include a privacy-protected (hashed) version of your email — is sent to Google to measure ad performance. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), a spam-prevention check that verifies form submissions come from a real browser. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social media trackers on this site.

Form submissions are stored in our own systems and are accessible only to our team. We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain normal business records. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@nightcoders.com. California residents may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); we honor such requests regardless of where you live. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
